Hello, I'm Leeann! My goal as your attorney is to learn about your specific situation and make sure you get the most financial relief possible under the Bankruptcy Code. My clients leave our consultations feeling knowledgeable about our legal strategy and excited about the opportunity to get out of debt! 

I do not dabble in bankruptcy law. My career has been solely focused on helping people file for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 since 2007. Most of my clients come to me after a terrible life event that caught them off guard, both emotionally and financially, and while our meetings can be intense, I enjoy making connections and building relationships with everyone I meet. I love hearing from clients who made the most out of their fresh start because I really do try to motivate and educate my clients on the best way to rebuild credit and protect themselves from debt traps moving forward after their case is over. 

When I am not acting as your amazing attorney, you might find me frantically chasing after my three young sons, stretching it out at the pilates studio, fighting the patriarchy, or enjoying a meal with my husband and our friends. I grew up here in Louisville (since you were probably wondering, Atherton), graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina, and after a brief stint in New York, moved back to Louisville to finish law school at U of L in 2003. I look forward to working with you!

Hi, I'm Ally Holt. As your attorney, it's important to me to get to know your particular situation and discuss your financial goals. Often times my clients are under a ton of stress and at their wits' end. It is my ultimate goal to put together a plan that can relieve that stress and allow my clients to leave my office knowing they have a plan and hopefully they can start to sleep better at night. 

I'm originally from eastern Kentucky and most say it sounds like it when they hear my accent. I graduated from Morehead State University in 2011. I attended UK College of Law and began my career as an attorney with a mission of helping those who need it most in 2014. I have a wide variety of legal practice experience including criminal defense, family law, wills & estate planning, and bankruptcy law. I have been practicing bankruptcy law primarily since 2016 and I truly enjoy the work that I do. The quick and complete relief I am able to provide my bankruptcy clients makes all of the hard work worth while. 

When I'm not in the office working magic for my clients, I'm probably goofing off with my daughter, my husband, and our big puppy (Moose). My husband is the Louisville native that brought me to this metropolitan area of the state and I absolutely love living in Louisville. We have such an amazing collection of friends and family here in this city with us and we think Louisville offers the perfect balance of rural and urban living. I look forward to getting to know you and guiding you along this journey.
